The Mount Sinai Department of Neurology is seeking enthusiastic applicants for an exciting opportunity in our Neurohospitalist Division.

This full-time faculty position will primarily involve inpatient general neurology work (non-stroke) at several of our health system hospitals in New York City, where you will have the opportunity to provide high quality care for patients with a broad range of complex neurological diseases and neurological manifestations of systemic illness.  You will additionally have the opportunity to collaborate with superb neurological and neurosurgical subspecialists, participate in and contribute to a robust QA/PI program, and engage in education of trainees, as well as further best practice integration of APPs into our service lines. The Neurohospitalist Division at the Mount Sinai Health System is a rapidly growing and dynamic space, where creativity and collaboration are highly valued. This position may also include a mixture of outpatient coverage, including hospital discharges, and it may include specialty patient work commensurate with the applicant’s prior training or experience, as well as participation in outpatient lumbar puncture teaching clinics. Weekend coverage includes an innovative blend of in person and teleneurology coverage across sites.
 
The successful candidate for this position will be appointed as an Assistant Professor (or higher commensurate with experience) in the Department of Neurology in the renowned Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Mount Sinai’s Department of Neurology is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care, embracing the mission of the Icahn School of Medicine by pursuing an integrative approach to patient care, research, and education.  The chosen candidate must have excellent clinical skills and an interest in inpatient general neurology consultation.   Our recently-formed, systemwide Neurohospitalist Division is establishing practice standards, metrics, and protocols for inpatient neurology care quality across the Mount Sinai Health System, collaborating with NeuroCritical Care, Stroke, Epilepsy and other services, as appropriate, and harnessing information technology to elevate the quality and safety of care.  The successful candidate will be part of the Department’s Neurohospitalist Division and should partner in establishing a track record of excellence in clinical care and fostering a high level of teamwork with colleagues across hospitals and services.  The successful candidate has the option to teach neurology residents on electives from our ACGME-approved adult neurology residency programs, as well as medical students on electives from ISMMS.

The Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking an acute care-focused neurologist to join our practice.

Candidates must have graduated from an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency training program and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise and experience in the management of diverse, complex neurologic conditions in the inpatient setting within a tertiary referral center. He or she will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a capacity to work collaboratively with other disciplines and specialties. Neurology subspecialty fellowship training is preferred with potential opportunity for part-time subspecialty practice. Candidates must also have a demonstrated track record of academic success in research and education.

MMG doctors provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation’s Mercy Medical Group locations throughout Sacramento.

MMG is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist (with fellowship training in Stroke) to work in a hospital based Vascular Neurology role with our diverse Neuroscience division. Call is shared and averages 1:5 with access to hospitalists 24/7 and a strong built-in referral system. This opportunity offers the ability to participate in clinical trials and work with residents if desired. MMG has the region’s premiere neurosciences division with 17 physicians offering an array of subspecialty expertise. Participation in our robust tele-stroke service would be desirable.

This candidate will work in support of the Dignity Health Neurological Institute of Northern California. This program is a market leader and is actively involved in clinical research trials and

consistently setting the community standard for patients affected by neurological diseases.
